Before the land could be developed, over half of the lots had been sold to home builders. We purchased the adjacent 300 acres which now include commercial, multi-family, single family and senior living housing. This is Southbridge. We found that by listening and meeting the needs of cities, builders, entrepreneurs and future homeowners, land development can be a rewarding and successful venture.
